Meet Your Therapist

I have been providing therapy since 2022, supporting children, adults, and families through a compassionate, client-centered approach. My experience includes work in both community mental health and private practice, along with two years in Intensive In-Home (IIH) services as a Qualified Professional (QP), where I also served as a Team Lead.

I work is rooted in a trauma-informed and holistic approach,

recognizing the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. I believe meaningful change happens when we take the time to explore the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing, while also building practical tools to support you in the present. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and lasting growth.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy engaging in activities that support balance and wellness, including yoga, creativity, and creating spaces that feel calm and grounding.
